By purchasing and/or using our animal intolerance test, you (the “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and disclaimers. This document is intended to clarify the scope and limitations of the product and to provide a clear understanding of our business’s role and responsibilities. This disclaimer is designed to fully protect the company from any liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Non-Medical Service
The animal intolerance test provided by the Company is NOT a medical test, diagnostic tool, or veterinary service. Our product is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, intolerance, allergy, or disease in animals. The results are purely informational and serve as general guidance and recommendations only. The Company and its products have not been scientifically validated or approved by any medical or veterinary authority.
No Professional or Medical Advice
The Company is not staffed by veterinarians, licensed animal health professionals, or scientists. The results and suggestions provided in our reports are NOT to be considered as medical advice or professional opinions. The information provided by the Company should NOT replace, substitute, or delay professional veterinary care. Customers should consult a licensed veterinarian or animal healthcare provider for any concerns regarding their animal’s health or suspected intolerances.
Results Are for Informational Purposes Only
The test results provided by the Company are based on an analysis of samples and are intended solely for informational purposes. While the Company strives to provide useful insights, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results. These results are based on testing over 300 items, including food and non-food substances, which may or may not correspond to true intolerances or allergies in your animal.
Limitations of the Test
The animal intolerance test is NOT a substitute for medical or veterinary allergy testing. Traditional allergy or intolerance tests conducted by certified professionals can take up to six weeks and are generally recognized as more accurate and comprehensive. Customers who suspect serious health issues or intolerances in their animal should seek formal testing from a qualified veterinarian or licensed professional.
Liability Waiver and Release
By purchasing and using the animal intolerance test, the Customer agrees to hold the Company harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, or damages, including but not limited to health-related issues, adverse reactions, or other outcomes, that may arise as a result of using the test. The Customer expressly waives any right to hold the Company legally responsible for any harm, damages, or losses resulting from the reliance on the information provided in the test results.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and/or using our animal intolerance test, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and that they fully agree to its terms. This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement regarding the limitation of liability, non-medical nature of the test, and the Company’s responsibilities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this disclaimer or the Customer’s use of the animal intolerance test shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
FINAL NOTICE: If the Customer does not agree to these terms, they should not purchase or use the animal intolerance test. Use of the test confirms full understanding and acceptance of this disclaimer.
